Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and check-in procedures at event entrances
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols throughout venues
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and VIP guests
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve in-the-moment operational challenges
- Uphold brand standards and event-specific dress code requirements
- Document incident reports and communicate critical information to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and punctuality for all assignments
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for venue transport roles)
