Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance at events
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential distribution
- Set up, break down, and monitor event spaces per venue requirements
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd control during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors
- Maintain accurate event documentation and feedback reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving required for role)
