Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, registration, guest assistance, and breakdown
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory during events
- Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly event flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in real-time
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of event management software is a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification highly desirable
