Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine workspace by adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Develop innovative seasonal menu items and presentations
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and brand standards
- Source and recommend high-quality local ingredients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Advanced knowledge of espresso brewing, latte art, and pour-over methods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
