Responsibilities
- Execute espresso extraction and latte art with precision
- Train and mentor junior baristas on techniques and standards
- Source and maintain premium coffee beans and equipment
- Develop seasonal drink menus featuring local ingredients
- Manage inventory and cost control for premium supplies
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with latte art certification
- Expert knowledge of brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic inventory management experience
- Valid New Mexico food handler permit
