Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues per venue specifications and safety protocols
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and VIP access control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Execute crowd control measures and maintain event flow during peak hours
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Assist with emergency protocols and ensure attendee safety
- Complete post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
