Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd management at assigned event stations
- Execute setup/breakdown procedures for event infrastructure and equipment
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and access control efficiently
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply distribution during events
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response readiness
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Report operational issues and guest feedback to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to event locations
