Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Engage warmly with customers, remember regular orders, and build relationships
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cash handling
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to all health/safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work early mornings (5 AM start) and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
