Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event venues including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are maintained
- Set up, break down, and monitor event equipment and decor
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators to execute seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support during events
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shift duration
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to various Greensboro event locations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
