Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Provide personalized customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate café cleanliness and adhere to food safety protocols
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cashless transactions
- Collaborate with remote team members for inventory management and supply ordering
- Develop innovative recipes and contribute to seasonal menu creation
- Train new baristas remotely via virtual sessions and in-person shadowing
- Support digital customer engagement through our online ordering platform
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to thrive in hybrid environments
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, origins, and flavor profiles
- Proficient in POS systems and digital order management platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable with virtual training tools and digital communication
