Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management
- Actively promote new products, seasonal offerings, and loyalty programs
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional coffee preparation experience required
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Basic POS system knowledge and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn new brewing methods
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
