- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Engage customers with personalized service & product knowledge
- Maintain spotless workspace & uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with remote team for inventory management
- Train in remote POS systems & digital scheduling tools

Qualifications
- 1+ years professional coffee experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency with espresso machines & manual brewing
- Exceptional communication & digital literacy
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays

- Valid NM food handler permit
