Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, guest management, and breakdown procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff to ensure operational excellence
- Manage guest flow and provide exceptional on-site customer service
- Enforce safety protocols and troubleshoot logistical challenges
- Assist in pre-event planning and post-event reconciliation
- Maintain professional brand standards across all client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment and event technology
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
