Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, stages, and equipment
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service during concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to execute flawless event experiences
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales as needed
- Report operational issues and maintain event cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
