Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, guest registration, and crowd management duties
- Operate provided equipment including registration kiosks, badge scanners, and signage
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and VIP guests
- Manage vendor coordination and equipment inventory during shifts
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment reconciliation
- Report operational issues and guest feedback to event managers
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in active environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech literacy (we provide all equipment training)
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred but not required
