Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration, credential verification, and access control at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service, directional guidance, and venue navigation assistance
- Manage VIP hospitality areas, including beverage service and guest relations
- Assist with vendor coordination, inventory management, and setup/teardown logistics
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures during events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with flexible weekend/evening availability
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and ability to adhere to dress codes
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols (CPR certification a plus)
