Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso beverages, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, equipment, and inventory
- Collaborate with team to create welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and sustainable practices
- Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee service experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and latte art
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
