Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down event equipment including tents, stages, and AV systems using provided tools
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with provided tablets and badges
- Operate event-specific equipment (e.g., cash registers, audio systems) after comprehensive training
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures using provided safety gear
- Coordinate with vendors and internal staff using provided communication devices
- Assist with crowd management and guest services using branded event materials
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs using provided checklists
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for equipment operation systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with provided support equipment
