Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and credential verification
- Manage venue access control and crowd flow direction
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup support
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor event spaces for safety compliance and cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-energy transitions
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Exceptional customer service orientation with approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Reno
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided)
- Positive attitude and passion for live events
