Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and operational tasks during evening/weekend shifts
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure attendee safety and satisfaction
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control at event venues
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Resolve guest inquiries and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Valid driver's license for venue transportation needs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check
