- Manage vendor relationships and vendor check-in processes
- Assist with guest registration and attendee management
- Execute event timelines and ensure seamless flow of activities
- Provide on-site support to event hosts and guests
- Conduct post-event inventory and equipment reconciliation
- Submit accurate daily activity reports for weekly payroll processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (15-25 hours/week)
