- Conduct post-event analysis and client satisfaction surveys
- Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment
- Support marketing initiatives through social media content creation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
