Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process payments accurately and maintain POS system integrity
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with attention to detail
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shift
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Colorado food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
