Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for VIP and standard guests
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency using our property management system
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and F&B teams for seamless service delivery
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict cash handling protocols
- Upsell premium accommodations and exclusive event packages
- Maintain pristine lobby and reception area standards
- Document all guest feedback and incident reports promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible evening/night shifts (4 PM - 4 AM)
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit (if applicable)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish speakers highly valued
