Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beverage recommendations and order accuracy
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining precise cash handling protocols
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and inventory stations
- Collaborate with baristas to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of premium coffee products

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Passion for specialty coffee and local Portland culture
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
