Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tables, dΓ©cor, and AV equipment
- Assist with guest registration, badge distribution, and attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and placement of services
- Manage event supplies inventory and replenishment
- Support on-site troubleshooting and client communication
- Document event proceedings and prepare post-event reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and venue regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- 1+ years experience in event coordination or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings (4-8pm shifts)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of event software a plus
