Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming support tickets, emails, and live chats professionally and efficiently during evening and weekend shifts.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or service-related questions for our diverse client base.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and resolutions in our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company service standards and scripts to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Relay common customer concerns and suggestions to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability, especially during scheduled shifts.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends.
