Responsibilities
- Coordinate community outreach events during evenings and weekends (4-8 PM shifts)
- Manage volunteer scheduling and onboarding for weekend programs
- Provide client support via phone and in-person during non-business hours
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities and participant data
- Collaborate with full-time staff on weekend event logistics and resource allocation
- Conduct safety compliance checks for evening facility operations
- Assist with social media outreach during weekend community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Availability for minimum 20 hours/week across evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
