Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to Oakland residents via community events, door-to-door campaigns, and digital platforms

- Maintain accurate community data using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate with local organizations to coordinate resource fairs and neighborhood workshops
- Develop culturally sensitive outreach materials in multiple languages
- Track engagement metrics and provide monthly impact reports
- Participate in cross-departmental strategy meetings (virtual/in-person)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in community outreach, customer service, or related field
