Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift.
- Handle cash handling and banking duties with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding inventory levels and customer feedback.
- Support weekend and evening promotional events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
