Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during all shift activities
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
