Responsibilities
- Assist patients with intake procedures and documentation
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipmentCollect vital signs and basic lab specimens
- Coordinate patient flow between departments
- Answer phone inquiries and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Support vaccination clinics during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility with evening/weekend availability
