Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and patrons upon arrival.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and maintaining a positive demeanor during peak hours.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly and change is provided with precision.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor management and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all state liquor laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food & beverage is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to adhere to a uniform code of conduct.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
