Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting, account management, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the daytime support team to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Must be available to work 3-5 evenings per week (shift times typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
