Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with speed and accuracy during evening hours
- Manage a rotating section of tables while maintaining high guest satisfaction
- Process orders, payments, and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain clean dining areas
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Nevada alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
