Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and premium coffee blends.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine store environment by sanitizing equipment, sweeping floors, and organizing the pastry case.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Learn and perfect latte art techniques under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
