Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, creating memorable first impressions
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and specials
- Accurately take and process orders using our POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
Qualifications
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available evenings (5 PM-12 AM) and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Food safety certification a plus (training provided)
