Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently during peak evening hours
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service about our coffee offerings
- Handle cash transactions and daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure smooth operations
- Support inventory management of coffee and supplies
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid NC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
