Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during evening hours
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle payment transactions
- Assist with guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions and incidents
- Support event operations and VIP guest experiences as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Nevada Gaming License (if applicable to role)
