Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests within 2 minutes of arrival
- Present menus, answer questions, and take precise food/beverage orders
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage table rotations during busy evening rushes (4-7PM)
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain immaculate dining stations and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous serving/hosting experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4PM - 11PM, weekends mandatory)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
