Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with check-in/out processes
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism
- Coordinate concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain immaculate front desk and lobby areas
- Process payments and manage reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service/reception experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, ALICE)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
