Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest experiences at premium events including corporate galas, luxury product launches, and high-profile weddings
- Manage VIP guest registration and credentialing with precision and discretion
- Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure seamless setup/breakdown of luxury venues
- Implement crowd control protocols while maintaining an elevated guest experience
- Provide real-time problem-solving for logistical challenges during live events
- Conduct post-event debriefs and client satisfaction follow-ups
- Maintain professional appearance and brand ambassadorship at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end event staffing or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication skills and polished professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card and TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts with 24-hour event coverage flexibility
- Experience with luxury brand standards and client relationship management
- Strong attention to detail with ability to execute complex instructions
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
