- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns across diverse venues
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and VIP coordination
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events

- Resolve attendee inquiries and maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory and manage event supplies efficiently
- Provide real-time support to event managers during live operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
