Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction techniques and create signature latte art
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage preparation and service standards
- Develop seasonal menu innovations using premium local ingredients
- Manage inventory, quality control, and café operations
- Foster exceptional guest relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced service environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Portfolio of latte art designs required
