Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down provided event equipment (AV systems, staging, lighting)
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety protocols throughout events
- Collaborate with event coordinators to execute seamless operations
- Respond professionally to attendee inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist with load-in/load-out logistics and equipment inventory
- Uphold brand standards while representing Premier Event Staffing
Qualifications
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license (equipment transport may be required)
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic technical aptitude for equipment operation
