Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew) using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain immaculate workspace through systematic cleaning and inventory management
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations and order accuracy
- Adhere to food safety protocols and uphold brand quality standards consistently
- Engage with regular patrons to build lasting relationships and community loyalty
- Support cash handling and POS system transactions with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and maintaining cash accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit in team environments
- Must be 18+ years old to operate espresso equipment
- Food Handler certification preferred (training provided if needed)
