Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event equipment including staging, signage, and AV gear
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at entrances and activity stations
- Operate provided event technology such as RFID scanners and digital check-in systems
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures using supplied safety equipment
- Provide exceptional guest service using branded communication devices
- Assist with venue layout adjustments using provided tools and furniture
- Monitor equipment inventory and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic familiarity with event technology (training provided)
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport if required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to follow detailed instructions for equipment usage
