Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and digital payments with a focus on accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet store goals.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Perform specific duties as assigned during opening or closing shifts to ensure the facility is secure and operational.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; students currently enrolled are welcome to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven ability to arrive on time and maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks.
