Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and product-related questions with patience and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid US work authorization is required.
