Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and payment issues with patience and accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, specifically Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
